Domestic/Europe:

We ship within Europe to Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Italy ,Sweden and United Kingdom.

If your country is not listed and you are interested in ordering our products, please get in touch at info@qasafeme.com and we will do our utmost to get shipping to your country.

International:

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:

-United States of America

-Ghana ( for our customers located in Ghana kindly contact us via Instagram @qasa.feme or email us your order directly at info@qasafeme.com )

NOTE: Ordered goods delivered outside of the EU (including UK) , import duties and taxes may be incurred.

Any additional fees for customs must be borne by you. QASAFEME does not have any influence on these fees.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping for all orders over 150 CHF. (Excluding Import / Customs Charges). Use our Discount Code: FREE at checkout !


Exchange Rate

Orders are billed in CHF and the exchange rate will be calculated at time of purchase by the customer’s credit card processor. Kindly note that we are unable to offer adjustments for exchange rate changes. The exchange rate and international credit card fees will be dependent on the credit card you are using.

Shipping Times

Within Switzerland 2 Business Days (excluding weekends and public holidays )

-Europe : 4- 8 Business Days

-United Kingdom: 5-9 Business Days

-United States of America: 3-7 Business Days

-Ghana: Next day delivery, only if your order is in stock.

Return Information & Process

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original form (not worn, altered, washed), have all original tags/labels attached and must be in the original packaging. Please note, any return item received by us outside of the 14 day return policy or in a damaged, worn or unsuitable condition will not be accepted.We will send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs. ​

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. If your return is approved, we will return the value of the pieces. 

In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or faulty item, please contact us at info@qasafeme.com within 10 days of receiving your item, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. You will, of course, receive a full refund or free exchange.

SHIPPING

QASAFEME does not cover any exchange shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
